At Novelty Nursery and Primary School, we recognize that there is power in COLLABORATION, we can achieve our goals and fulfil our dreams through collaboration. We give all our children an opportunity to speak because we respect and recognize the fact that they have a voice and deserves to be heard within the school community.
We celebrate successes no matter how big or small, we particularly recognize the process to which the success was achieved (ASPIRATION). We encourage our children to DREAM BIG and embrace their own self-belief while respecting others. We see our children as individuals with different talents and help them identify their talents and nature it.
Giving up is not part of the deal, hence why we celebrate RESILENCE and encourage and build children’s confidence to take calculated risks. Our school encourages curiosity and children are often given the opportunity to learn and explore new ideas. This helps then develop their RESILENCE in the safe and supportive learning environments that we provide. Mistakes are allowed and our children have learnt to learn from such mistakes and bounce back stronger.
At Novelty Nursery and Primary School, we appreciate the significance of EMPATHY. We encourage our children to help, support and show kindness to others by seeing the world from diverse viewpoints.
